Florentines Patisserie is a large manufacturing and marketing company of premium frozen cakes and desserts for the food-service and retail sectors through-out Australasia.

Florentines Patisserie was established in Tauranga over 14 years ago as a wholesale company supplying the local market with a large range of patisserie cakes, desserts and pastries. With customer demand and an appetite for growth, Florentines became a market leader in the foodservice market supplying quality frozen Patisserie cakes and desserts throughout New Zealand & Australia.

Gluten Free Raspberry & Coconut Slice 20x30cm 15pc - Moist layer of raspberry & coconut filling, on a gluten free chocolate flavoured crumb base finished with a silky smooth chocolate flavoured topping. $18.00 per tray + GST (limited time only) Gluten Free Chocolate Almond & Coconut Brownie Slice 20x30cm 16pc - Melt in the mouth brownie with a rich chewy chocolatey texture, filled with sliced almonds, coconut and finished with a white chocolate flavoured drizzle.

Florentines Round Decorated Carrot Cake Speical

$20.00 per tray + GST (limited time only) A moist carrot cake with a hint of pineapple, covered with a smooth cream cheese icing. Decorated with a sprinkling of walnut pieces, apricots, cranberries, pumpkin seeds & mixed fruit peel. Round cake 25cm, pre-cut into 14pc.
