Rory has been working in the hospitality and spirits industry for nearly two decades. Hailing from the rugged North Coast of Ireland, Rory has worked with the four largest spirit distributors, and has spent the last 5 years specialising in the advocacy for the CCEP spirits portfolio in New Zealand, including Beam Suntory and Rum co of Fiji. Spending his time spreading the craft, culture and delicious drinks from the extensive family of spirits, he is here to share some stories from the world of spirits with us today.
