Our family is from the Valencia region in Spain, and we produce a select range of premium chorizo and charcuterie crafted in Cromwell, New Zealand. Using the best of ingredients from New Zealand and Spain (we directly import our own Pimentón de la Vera) we've created the authentic flavours, just like you get in España.
Our chorizo is fermented - giving length and depth to the palette, and air dried - intensifying the complex aromas and flavours.
We only make the real thing - it tastes so much better. No fillers, no artificial flavours, colours or syrups. And definitely no shortcuts.
