Van Dyck Fine Foods was founded 20 years ago by a Belgian couple who brought their passion for traditional Belgian baking to New Zealand, along with their innovative European hotplate technology.

Van Dyck Fine Foods is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality pancakes, crepes and blinis made under our retail and foodservice brand Marcel’s.

We have created a range of ready to eat premium pancakes that are light and fluffy, giving chefs the perfect base to create their own masterpiece.
