We are Matt and Sue Loder, the proud owners of our family business based just outside of Cambridge in the rural setting of Kaipaki, New Zealand. We live with our two teenage boys and a herd of varying animals on our lifestyle block.
We believe we have such a beautiful range of products that in September 2018 we both quit our jobs to pursue this crazy adventure! In February 2019 we converted a double garage on our property to a purpose-built gluten free commercial kitchen.
All that we create is in a controlled environment where there is no gluten in sight. So rest assured when we say gluten free we mean it! All our range are lovingly handcrafted with the finest quality nuts and seeds. No fillers, no grains and no oats. We select only the finest ingredients, using locally sourced and organic where possible. All ingredients are GMO free and sourced from sustainable growers. This enables our customers to become a reflection of what they put into their bodies from the inside out.
