Rebecca Smidt is Co-Owner and General Manager at Cazador, a multi award winning, ethically focussed owner-operated business. Rebecca has worked hospo for 22 years, most of them at her beloved restaurant and delicatessen. As well as running the business and working the floor, Rebecca co-authored the award winning Cazador cookbook and hosts a series of food and beverage events.
