Discover how to creatively use dairy in the Anchor Food Professionals zone. Chefs, Todd Thorburn, Marcus Braun and Danny Simpson  will create delicious samples over three days, showcasing how to incorporate Anchor products. 

At midday each day, chefs will also be creating dishes to celebrate Matariki!

Anchor Food Professionals NZ present a 2021 Fine Food Show interactive experience you simply can’t miss.

Featuring beautiful dishes created with the superb range of Mainland Natural Cheese Slices, IQF Mozzarella, Blue Cheese and other tasty offerings.

The shows include desserts and sweet delights, casual dining and restaurant menu ideas, on-trend cafe inspiration and a special Kāpiti Cheese masterclass to challenge and educate your palate.

Demonstrations happen over the entire show, so get along to the Anchor Food Professionals stand and sample our creations. You’re sure to walk away hungry for more.
