We have created a range of Sous Vide cooked roasts and meats, speciality sausages, salamis, air-dried and fermented products, and meals that emphasise health and well-being.
KAIPARA ANGUS BEEF CHORIZO SALAMI The fermented spicy salami is made with free-range ground beef, paprika and chilli that will bring some spice to your life. This product is naturally Pohutukawa wood-smoked and then we finish the process in the drying room. This salami is delicious on a fine deli tray, in a sandwich or as a snack.
