Nick Inkster worked hard in the West Australian oil & gas industry, and had a dream to have his own bar back home in Christchurch. When the Old Government Building in the main square became available in 2016, he grabbed it and has progressively opened a bar, a cafe, a restaurant and even a barbershop. It’s brought new life to the city centre, and has a unique reputation for beverages, food and entertainment.
