A certified Q- Grader, John Cole has been working in the coffee and hospitality industry for more than 12 years both here in New Zealand and the United States. As Head of Education for Mojo Coffee, John works hard to achieve a high level of quality over coffee and service through training in Mojo Cafes. Not only does John love the myriad of flavours found in coffee, he is equally passionate about the world of whisk(e)y.
