EFTPOS NZ Tipping Solution

Offer your customers the opportunity to tip their server, even when paying with a debit or credit card. Our tipping solution is intuitive and unobtrusive. Your servers can suppress or activate the tipping screen for each transaction and your customer simply enters the dollar amount they’d like to add to their bill before they swipe or insert their card. Our tipping solution includes the option of allocating each staff member their own Server ID to help with distributing tips. View an accumulated tip report on your terminal which allows you to view tip totals by team member and a full summary of all your tips earned that shift.

Enhanced Pre-authorisations

A credit card pre-authorisation is when you put a temporary "hold" on funds on your customer’s card and then complete the transaction once the service is completed or goods exchanged. Pre-authorisation and completion transactions are great for any business that offers their service in advance of payment – for example, if you offer bar tabs, catering or function services. We’ve now added three new features to our pre-authorisation solution: Additional Pre-Authorisations, Delayed Charges and Open Pre-auth Reporting.
