BIANZ supports the baking industry, represents the interests of bakeries, cafés, caterers, and pastry cooks, and works hard to increase the number of bakers and baking apprentices in New Zealand.

BIANZ will occupy a large space at Fine Food New Zealand where visitors will be able to view several national baking competitions, see live baking demos, and talk to BIANZ representatives about joining the association.
