Back in 2004 Paul Croucher and Nigel Gregory shared a mid-life-crisis, leaving well paid academic and corporate careers with the dream of making delicious craft beer. After a lot of hard work the dream became a reality.

Croucher Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery based in Rotorua, making delicious hand-crafted beer. The natural, thermal wonders of Rotorua have made it renowned as the aromatic capital of New Zealand (if not the world) hence our desire to create beautiful rich flavoured aromatic beers.
