We at Salumi Australia have a passion for smallgoods and an objective to create an old world product that utilises local ingredients and to provide the Australian consumer with an affordable, honest, great tasting range.

By working closely with farmers throughout the Northern Rivers region, such as Bangalow Sweet Pork and Byron Bay Pork Co, in our opinion some of the best pork in the country, combined with our age old techniques and state of the art facility, make Salumi one of the frontrunners when it comes to artisan smallgoods in Australia.

What makes our range stand out is that it contains no flavourings, fillers or unnecessary additives. We use only the minimal amount of preservative as required by regulatory bodies. Every product we manufacture has been endorsed by Coeliac Australia and as such are all Gluten Free as well as being Dairy Free.

Allowing our products to mature under the right conditions is the key to producing “The New Old Flavour”
