The Madeo Food Company produces Cured meats in the south of Italy, Calabria, located in the foothills of Sila Greca, and more specifically in the municipality of San Demetrio Corone.

Lines run from from the cured meats of the Black Pig of Calabria to traditional Calabrese cured meats of the Madeo brand and D.O.P. (Sausage of Calabria, Soppressata of Calabria, Capocollo of Calabria, Pancetta of Calabria)

Madeo’s Food Chain is ISO 9001:2008 and ISF certified (international Food Standard – Higher level)
