NZ Pastry Team

The New Zealand Pastry Team is a group of Pastry Chefs dedicated to advancing their profession in New Zealand and are members of the New Zealand Chefs Association. The team recently competed at the “Asian Pastry Cup” in Singapore in 2012 and acheive fourth place. Their next venture will be “Junior World Pastry Championships” in Rimini, Italy in 2013. We are hugley thankfully for the Financial Support of Bernard & Christine Fleury directors of Resotech Foods & French Imports Ltd, based in Albany Auckland.

The NZPT is a dedicated group of Pastry Chefs
