The Broken Heart Original Gin is born from the memory of a beloved life lost. Two Germans who met in the South of New Zealand found friendship in one another, and bonded over the appreciation of creating fine spirits. After Bernd died, Joerg endeavoured to create a gin that captured the heart of those glory days, and henceforth came this finely balanced remedy for a broken heart. The harmony between the botanicals paints a picture of dry Central Otago summer, with earthy, floral, spicy and fresh flavour profiles. A gin for all occasions, perfectly matched with your preferred tonic and a fresh slice of orange.
Our range grew to envelop several different gins, as well as branching into vodka, rum, whisky and liqueur- all lovingly created to bring more perfectly balanced spirits to the Broken Heart family.
