What is Fine Food New Zealand?
Fine Food New Zealand is New Zealands only international food and food service trade event, established in 2010 by two leading event companies: North Port Events (organisers of highly successful shows such as The Food Show and The ASG Parent and Child Show) and Diversified Exhibitions (organisers of Fine Food Australia and other events). Fine Food New Zealand has already proven itself as the most dynamic and comprehensive event ever held for the New Zealand food and food service industry, with high levels of satisfaction reported from exhibitors and visitors alike.
When is the exhibition open?

How do I get to the venue?
Take either the Market Road or Greenlane exit from the Southern Motorway.
For public transport information, call MAXX 09 366 6400, text 3666, or visit www.maxx.co.nz. If you're travelling by car, there is plenty of parking available on-site. Visitor parking costs $6 at the showgrounds and across the road at Alexandra Park Raceway. The venue is around 30 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Will there be any special events?
Yes. There will be a range of special events designed to educate and entertain. You can expect a fresh twist on industry seminars, chef theatre, live demonstrations, and new industry competitions. Updates can be found in the Special events section.
What sort of products will I see?
You will be able to see and taste thousands of new national and international food and beverage ideas and can try out the latest equipment. To help you find your way around, there are special sections for each category:

Who can attend?
Fine Food New Zealand is a trade-only event. Admission is restricted to professional persons working in the food, drink and equipment industries. Persons not in these categories (including children) will not be admitted at any time. Identification may be required at the door.
Can students attend?
Students enrolled in a hospitality course at a tertiary level or registered apprentices may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card. Primary and secondary school students will not be admitted at any time, regardless of any courses they may be studying.
Can I bring my family?
No. This is a business event and entry is restricted to those people actually working in the industry. The only exception is infants under one year that cannot be separated from their primary caregiver. If you bring an infant, we strongly recommend you carry them in a pouch instead of a pram, due to crowds.
Are there child-minding facilities?
No. If you are travelling we suggest you organise a baby-sitter through your hotel or by looking up 'Baby Sitting' in the Yellow Pages or www.yellow.co.nz
Will I need to bring identification with me?
Yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along a business card, invoice, or company documentation along with personal identification such as a driver's licence or passport.
How much does it cost to attend?
Admission is $20. However you can avoid the entry fee by registering online before 10 June 2012. After this date you will have to purchase a ticket at the door.
Can I register?
Yes. You can register online before 10 June 2012. If you have been sent an invitation in the mail you will still need to register online before 10 June. Entry is $20 at the door if you haven’t registered online before
10 June.
When is the next show?
Fine Food New Zealand is a biennial event. The next show is 17–19 June 2012.
