Sealord Seasonal Catch Range
We recently launched a new range of value added products aimed specifically at the Foodservice market. The fish we use is caught off the coast of New Zealand by our people, on our boats. We hand cut selected fillets with care and then snap-freeze them to capture the natural goodness. These succulent fillets are then coated in crumbs baked in our very own bakery onsite in Nelson. This range is oven bakeable or can be deep fried. Presented in a user friendly 5x1kg bag format with 8 portions per bag make these perfect for cost control. With 5 varieties on offer we have created a range that is unique and offers a high quality coated fish product for use in Foodservice.
