We produce marinated, and hot and cold smoked salmon products, and also smoked mussels.
Prime Smoke Salmon is a quality product available on supermarket shelves throughout New Zealand, and overseas.
We can also work with foodservice clients on designing product and packing specifications to suit them.
Our factory runs under NZFSA, has a HACCP plan implemented, and is SQF and Kosher certified.
