Elegre is excited to be launching at Fine Foods New Zealand, Cooking Tawny Fort (Port) and Apera (Sherry), in addition to our Red and White Cooking Wines, manufactured in Australia using the highest quality Australian grapes, available in 15L cask. We also offer pure wine in bulk quantities.

Elegre Australian made antipasto is mainly sourced from local markets and farmers , enabling us to provide the freshest and highest quality products withy out preservatives.

Cooking Apera (Sherry)

Elegre Cooking Apera (Sherry) is golden tan in colour, with aromas of walnuts and molasses, with hints of green apple and caramel. Encompassing warm flavors of nuts and brine mingle with a well-balanced acidity, together with a little richness in the mouth.

Cooking Tawny Fort (Port)

Elegre Cooking Tawny Fort (Port) is golden in colour, encompassing warm flavours of caramel with a soft oak palate. Aromas of dried fruit, a touch of vanilla/caramel characters all leading to a lingering nutty finish.
