Cuisinescene NEW ZEALAND is a small, family-owned company located in the Waikato. We make the most delicious, intensely flavoured condiments and dressings, using traditional recipes and methods and the best seasonal produce. Our products are packaged both in glass bottles and jars for the food retail and gourmet gift basket trades, and in large plastic packs perfect for chefs in busy kitchens. Our range includes seven ready-made vinaigrettes - the Red Wine has been a favourite for more than 12 years now, but the newer Black Raspberry flavour is a stunner - and a huge range of chutneys, curds and jellies for you to choose from too. We also sell the truly excellent El Rancho range of tortillas! Imported from California, these plain flour, spinach-flavoured and pure corn tortillas are great for wraps, burritos and tacos and rated by the chefs who use them as " the best available in NZ".
